    CEL offers 6 levels of general English language courses, as well as TOEFL and Cambridge exam preparation courses throughout the year.

    Each class has an average of 6 – 7 students and a maximum of 12 students per class. All courses are accredited by the Commission on English Language Accreditation (CEA).
